CME Associates prepared Conceptual Layouts and Final Designs Plans for the total renovation and reconstruction of the facility. Survey, design, permitting, and construction administration services were performed for the project consisting of: a synthetic turf multi-purpose level playing field with covered dugouts, a comfort station, a greenhouse, two (2) post-tension concrete pickleball courts, two post-tension concrete (2) volleyball courts, outdoor exercise equipment, walking pathways, pathway and sports field/court lighting, storm drainage improvements, retaining walls, fencing, electric, gas, water, and sanitary system improvements, roadway improvements, landscaping, park amenities, and other related work. The project was designed to accommodate special needs children with improved accessibility throughout the site.
